Product Description
Nylon is an incredibly strong, durable, and versatile 3D printing
material. Flexible when thin, but with very high inter-layer
adhesion, nylon lends itself well to things like living hinges and
other functional parts. Nylon filament prints as a bright natural
to white with a translucent surface, and can absorb color added
post process with most common, acid-based clothing dyes. Nylon filament is extremely sensitive to moisture, so taking drying
measures during storage and immediately prior to printing (using
desiccant, vacuum, or elevated temperature) is highly recommended
for best results.
Application:
1) Special models which has requirements to the environment. Such
as the production of engineering parts.
2) Printing transparent and durable household items, such as vases,
shages etc.

Quality Control
1.We have color matching department specially for developing new
color and maintain color quality during production.
We have QC to monitor the quality during production with certain
facility and outgoing inspection before shipping.
2.All of our 3D printer filaments are 100% virgin material,never
use recycled material or regrind material.
3.Before the mass production,our engineer always do the test to
make sure that each batch of new raw materials must be printed by
3D printer.
4.The Laser diameter runs automatically to control the diameter of
the filaments and keeps it in a right range of 1.75mm/2.85mm/3.0mm,
Will adjust it immediately when it alarms to indicate of wrong
size,and this unqualified filament will be cut off and never use
it.
5.To keep the filaments dry,each roll of filament is packed in a
vacuumed polybag with a desiccant inside.
